Crazy with Blossom

Apologies... didn't post anything for days! Well *cough* here's something for you to indulge in! <:D

Anyway, the real reason I haven't is because I've been preparing for something irl, and it's really stressing getting prepared and stuff. >.<'
But I've been doing tons of fanart. XD (I think I'm... uh... also spending too much time on Scratch, so! <:D)

Anyhoww, I wanted to displaaay several photographs, because I haven't in ages. But it's not that efficient posting a whole list of photographs in a single post. So I may not be able to post them all. Instead, please check out my NG Kids My Shot profile out! :D Click here to view it.

Feedback is always appreciated! <3

  2. They're Super, Kenza! All these photographs are awesome! You're talented at almost everything! XD
The second photo is the most awesome-I love the way you snapped a single flower between the branches of the tree!

    1. Aw, thank you so much, Zainab! <:D Your comments are always encouraging and awesome. <3 Well so are you! I don't think I could make paintings as well as you do. :P

  3. Hey kenza! These photos are amazing, I think my favourite is the second photo because the colours really stand out on it. Your photography is great! :) By the way I was wondering if you would like to do a kind of collab blog post? Maybe we could each do a post for each others blog that would fit with the structure. For example I could do an arty post for this blog such as my favourite pens/pencils/paints etc I like to use or I could do a showcase of some of my art or perhaps I could do a drawing tutorial in pics. What do you think about those ideas (I can do something else if you want)? Then perhaps you could do a post for my blog such as your tips for how to draw manga or a tutorial for how to do a particular craft or you could write your experience of trying a new craft of drawing technique with photos (or anything else you'd prefer to do). I think it would be really fun to do this and maybe we'd get some new viewers once we've introduced each other on our blogs. Please let me know what you think about doing guest posts. :D

    1. Hi Mega! Thanks so much, I really appreciate your comment! A collab on Blogger sounds like a great idea! In fact, that's the sort of thing I would love to do with you! :D Your suggestions sound awesome! If you could do any of those, that would be perfect! I honestly can't pick a favourite out of those three - they're all too good! XD So that bit's entirely up to you! As for me, those sound great too! Would you mind if I did a tutorial on art in general? Say, I could come up with a couple of art tips, write and illustrate them on sheets of paper and photograph them? Does that sound okay?

I can't wait to get started on this! It sounds so fun! :D Just wondering, though, if we did have pictures, how would we send them to each other? Would I add mine on my blog, so you could take it from there and vice versa? :)

    2. You're so welcome! I'm glad you like this idea! :D Alright, I think I'll either do a drawing tutorial or my experience trying out a new craft/drawing technique (which was one of the ones I chose for you but I hope that's alright if I perhaps do it). I'm not sure which to chose out of those 2. It may take me longer to do the experience one because I'll have to buy in supplies or learn how to do a new drawing technique. However, I think it would be a more interesting post than just a tutorial. I don't mind which I do, do you have a preference? That sounds cool! :D

I'm looking forward to starting my guest post too! =^U^=

Hmmm...We could upload them on our blogs like you said (but with no explanation it may seem like a weird post to our readers) or perhaps we could do a 'request for kenza365/MegaFruitCake' project on scratch so it looks a bit more normal. Also, we can tell each other what our posts would say in a comment on a blog post. :) I'm so excited!

    4. They both sound great! And sure, that's totally fine - it's entirely up to you! Well, if you want, you could do both - I don't mind. :) Oh, that's a good point... well, whichever you do, take your time! Maybe you could mix up both ideas, so, for example, it turns out into a tutorial and explanation on Zentangles? It doesn't have to be Zentangles even. XD

Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. Or... wait, do you use Google+? If so, I could add my pictures to a post and add the explanations in a comment here? Doing it on Scratch would be a great idea - I have a test account too - but unfortunately the quality disappears from the pictures when you upload them to the project (if the dimensions aren't right). :/ Yeah! :D

    5. Hmmmm...I'll think about which one (or both) I'll choose and let you know ASAP. :) I will!

I do use google+ however it's more of a personal profile at the moment so I think I'd prefer to use scratch. Sorry if that's a problem, I can use my google+ account if you would really like me to though. We could do the same with scratch (as in adding pictures to a project and explaining them on each others posts)! You can sue your test account and I'll call my project an art dump or something! Is that OK? :D

    6. Hi kenza! I think I have decided on doing 'my arty week' which will be a mixture of fashion design, zentangle and other forms of drawings. I'll sometimes just describe my art and at other times I may give my own tips. Does that sound good to you? I'll let you know when I've finished my guest post for you! :)

    7. Ah okay, that's totally understandable (about G+)! No, it's fine! I don't mind, honestly! XD That would be great! The only issue is that the quality would disappear if it were uploaded to Scratch. :/ I don't mean you can't, though! That's why I was wondering if it were okay if I could upload it to my stash on DeviantART. Then I could send you the link and you could copy the images onto the post? (It's up to you.) Otherwise, maybe I could try Scratch and see if the dimensions fit. :)

(replying to your second comment) That sounds totally awesome! :D If you could do that, that would be brilliant! As for me, would it be okay if I stuck to the idea on art tips (illustrating each tip on paper?). If not, I'm sure I can think up of another idea - my mind's buzzing with them! XD

Can't wait to get started on this! ^^

    8. Thanks-I'm glad you understand (sorry for any inconvenience btw). Hmmm...I'll use scratch but I'll use vector (if that makes any difference to the quality). Sure that's absolutely fine! :D

Great! I'm glad you think that will be good! Yeah of course! It's a cool idea! If you change your mind just let me know but I think that is fine anyway!

Neither can I! I've wanted to do a guest post for a while-it's going to be fun! :D

    9. No problem at all! :) Okay, it's up to you! (It probably wouldn't lose its quality if you manage to get the dimensions at 480x360 or below. ^^ Unfortunately it won't work for me to upload to Scratch, because my camera takes shots with a bigger dimension. Sorry! D:) Okay, thanks! :D

Okay, great! I'm glad you think so too. XD

      Yeah! :D

    10. Wait, actually I don't think it blurs! :D I think I'll finish the pictures and have a go at uploading them to Scratch. ^^
